Downtown Port Angeles boasts dozens of boutiques, antique shops, and specialty stores where you can find locally made goods, artisan products, and souvenirs. Explore popular shops like Kindred Collective, Moss, and locally-owned bookstores Port Book and News and Odyssey Bookstore.
The Olympic Discovery Trail is an easily accessible, paved and gravel trail which runs 135 miles from Port Townsend to La Push. The Port Angeles section is waterfront, with access from the City Pier and Field Hall.
Check out local breweries and wineries around Clallam County, as well as our favorite spots to grab a cocktail! Venues like Rosie’s and Jazzy Joshua’s and Harbinger Winery also often offer live music.
Venture into the Olympic National Park to find great hikes for all ages and skill levels. Local favorites include the Devil’s Punchbowl and Heart O’ the Hills. Visitors can also drive to the top of Hurricane Ridge to easily enjoy some of the best views.
Swim, paddle, and sail! Enjoy a beach day on the shores of Lake Crescent or at Salt Creek Recreation Area. Rent a motor boat from Wet Dog Boats, or charter a sailboat with Port Angeles’ Community Boating Program.
