Textile art and the many different ways it is created will be described by three Olympic Peninsula artists at the opening reception for the new Field Arts & Events Hall Gallery exhibit, “Colors of Nature." The reception and artists introduction will take place in Field Hall’s Pat Donlin lobby on Tuesday, May 28 at 5PM. The exhibit will remain on display through August 3rd.

Get ready to groove at the Peninsula College SPRING JAZZ CONCERT - a night filled with smooth tunes, good vibes, and incredible talent! The Peninsula College Jazz Ensemble and Vocal Masters invite you to join them on Thursday, June 6, at Field Arts & Events Hall in downtown Port Angeles for a performance of classic and modern jazz, featuring our 16-piece big band, vocal masters, and special guests. Admission is FREE for all ages, with a suggested donation of $10.

Second Saturday Artwalk: “Colors of Nature”

Created by Peninsula Fiber Artists members with flax, cotton, wool, silk, beads and paper using eco-printing, custom fabric designs, hand-dyed fabric and embroidery, “Colors of Nature” will be open 10AM - 2PM Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and for two hours prior to most performances. The gallery will also be open 5PM - 8PM for Second Saturday Artwalks (June 8th and July 13th) and during other summer special events at Field Hall.
