Producer and host Drew Wilson-McGrath brings a powerhouse comedy lineup to Field Hall featuring headliner Adam Pasi, a beloved PNW comic known for his larger-than-life energy, raw honesty, and ability to connect deeply with audiences through laughter, and feature act Imani Denae, whose fearless humor and sharp insights are making waves across the regional scene.

Adam is one of your host’s favorite comics in the Pacific Northwest, and we are thrilled to have him grace the stage here at Field Hall. Having been a Northwest staple for years, he’s recently started to gain more notoriety with a popular set that was broadcast by Don’t Tell Comedy (you’ll find it on Youtube!), in addition to an episode of the newly released PBS series Roots of Comedy. Adam also won Portland’s Funniest Person in 2019 (and technically 2020).  

Often intense, but never taking himself too seriously, Adam enjoys bringing (sometimes dragging) others along as he picks apart the absurdity of his own life and the world in which we live. He has a heart of gold and the charming wit of a traveling storyteller that captures your attention for reasons you can’t quite explain. Adam makes for a unique comedy experience that will tickle funny bones you didn’t even know you had.

Imani is truly fantastic, and is widely considered a rising star in PNW comedy circles. She has been performing stand-up comedy for 4 years, and has developed an impressive following on social media, all due to her hilarious material and unique style. 

Known for her astute and quirky observations, witty puns, and social commentary, Imani was named one of the Willamette Weekly’s 2023 Funniest Five comedians and was also named an Undisputable Genius of Comedy in 2023 (an honor for Oregon comics). Through her comedy, Imani brings more awareness to the unique experiences we live and breathe every day, while simultaneously making her audience laugh at the unexpected.
