Join us for FREE JAZZ SUNDAY in the Sunset Lounge on Sunday, June 7th featuring Ben Hunter and Joe Seamons.
Enjoy an intimate jazz set with violinist Ben Hunter and guitarist/banjoist Joe Seamons—two Seattle-based “songsters” whose improvisations move from hushed lyricism to joyful swing, weaving early jazz idioms with blues and roots traditions. Expect fiddle-and-banjo breakdowns, soulful melodies, and story-rich tunes that turn history into living, breathing music—warm, welcoming, and free as part of Free Jazz Sunday.
Together, Hunter & Seamons bring a rare versatility—early jazz, acoustic blues, gospel, and a cappella field hollers—that makes their performances both historically grounded and fully alive in the present. Their concerts often feature collaborative moments and repertoire that highlight how community and creativity triumph over adversity.
General Admission seating is first come, first-served and not guaranteed throughout the event. Private premium tables are available by RSVP and $40 donation.
