Join us for an enchanting evening at Field Arts & Events Hall as we present a four-course cider pairing dinner, a culinary collaboration between Chef Sage Hammond of New Day Eatery and Port Angeles’ first destination cidery: Olympic Bluffs Cidery.

This special event promises a delightful exploration of seasonal flavors, where each dish is thoughtfully crafted to complement the unique character of Olympic Bluffs’ handcrafted ciders. Reserve your seat early: space is limited for this exclusive event.

Chef Hammond, known for his innovative and locally-sourced cuisine, has prepared a culinary journey. Scott and Ginger Wierzbanowski from Olympic Bluffs Cidery will share the cider-making process and the highlight the unique qualities of each pour.

Spring Pea & Smoked Cheddar (GF) Croquettes with Cider Aioli
Crispy croquettes filled with spring peas and aged smoked cheddar, served with a  cider aioli.
Paired with Olympic Bluffs Barrel-Aged Cider

2nd Course, The Salad
Asparagus & Fennel Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Shaved raw asparagus, fennel, and radishes tossed with citrus segments and an apple cider vinaigrette.
Paired with Olympic Bluffs Northern Spy Cider

3rd Course, The Main Course
Herb-Roasted Chicken with Rhubarb Compote & New Potatoes
Roasted chicken with a crispy herb crust, served with a rhubarb compote and buttery new potatoes.
Paired with Olympic Bluffs Ruby Red Cider

4th Course, The Dessert
Lemon & Honey Panna Cotta with Lavender Shortbread
Panna cotta infused with local honey and citrus, topped with a drizzle of cider reduction, and served with (GF) lavender shortbread.
Paired with Olympic Bluffs Salish Apple Liqueur

About Olympic Bluffs Cidery
With the goal of creating great cider and the desire to bring our community together, we decided to start a hard cidery and lavender farm, located at 1025 Finn Hall Rd. We have planted an orchard of almost 500 Semi-dwarf cider apple trees, 3,500 lavender plants, an apiary and an acre of ancient grains (wheat and rye). We recently added Salt and Cedar Bed and Breakfast to our 21-Acre Farm.

The Estill & Reba Cornett Box Office and Field Hall Gallery will be open on Saturday, November 30th from 10AM – 2PM for Small Business Saturday.
