From August 21st – October 24th the Laura Cooksey Gallery at Field Hall will host a shared exhibit of photography by Steve Raber and clothing design by Joyce Nadig from 1982 – 1987.

Steve Raber’s photographs preserve both private moments and big, bold and joyous pronunciation of character from the straight and queer bars of mid-1980s Los Angeles. Joyce Nadig’s clothing collections from the mid-1980s reveals a discipline built on fabric, silhouettes, and intentional design.

Joyce and Steve grew up together in Port Angeles and graduated from Port Angeles High School with the class of 1971.
