Be part of an exclusive grand opening event as we unveil a brand-new music and social experience at Field Hall: The Thomsen Club.
Named for donors Christopher and Lisa Thomsen, founding donors of the popular Free Jazz Sunday series at Field Hall, the Thomsen Club will offer an intimate, elevated experience with acclaimed jazz artists. Be the first to experience this new type of event at Field Hall with our May 17th opening celebration and fundraiser.
Our onsite live auction will be a hosted auction of arts and experiences and call for support. Local artist Todd Fischer will be onsite to capture the evening in a live painting: the original piece will be auctioned.
The Silent Auction will be conducted throughout this event, via the Ready, Set, Auction online bidding site. Online bidding will become available five days prior to the event – we welcome donors who cannot attend the gala to participate in the online silent auction.
All gala attendees will receive a packet with the catalog of items and directions for how to participate.
To reserve your seats or table, select your entrée, and plan your event, please register online using the Ready, Set, Auction (RSA) website. For assistance with your tickets, email jen@fieldhallevents.org or call (360) 504-2407
