Our 'Rise & Shine' yoga event is a donation-based celebration of morning mindfulness. Join us to energize the health and happiness of our community. Move and breathe together under the guidance of local yoga teacher Jenny Houston while you enjoy the beautiful view of the waterfront! This will be a Hatha Yoga class; all levels & abilities are encouraged & welcomed.
