Rise & Shine Yoga in the Sunset Lounge
Join Field Hall for a special Rise & Shine Yoga session for Memorial Day weekend during the Juan de Fuca Festival for the Arts. Start with some yoga... stay for the music! Our 'Rise & Shine' yoga event is a donation-based celebration of morning mindfulness. Join us to energize the health and happiness of our community. Move and breathe together under the guidance of local yoga teacher Jenny Houston while you enjoy the beautiful view of the waterfront! This will be a Hatha Yoga class; all levels & abilities are encouraged & welcomed.
