Jovino Santos Neto will offer a free solo performance and short presentation “Contemporary Brazilian Music – Roots and Branches” on Thursday, February 5th from 12:15 – 1PM in the Sunset Lounge at Field Hall.

Field Hall is delighted to welcome three-time Latin Grammy nominee Jovino Santos Neto for a weeklong residency in Port Angeles culminating with a performance of the Jovino Santos Neto Quinteto on February 7th.

A master pianist, composer and arranger, is one of the most important Brazilian musicians working today. Enjoy a sample of Jovino’s music and hear about his influences during a free Field Hall Connections event.

Jovino will demonstrate a variety of Brazilian styles and how they influence his contemporary compositions for his Quinteto ahead of the Saturday concert. No reservation needed.
