The Things Around Us is a dazzling new work from acclaimed multi-disciplinary artist, Ahamefule J. Oluo, that layers live music and narrative exploration to create an introspective evening about the things that connect us all. It is the third in a trilogy of shows from Oluo, following NOW I’M FINE and SUSAN.
Join Ekphrastic, a local writers collective, for a special afternoon of poetry and prose inspired by the current Fiber Arts gallery exhibition. The event will take place in the Lobby area (outside the café). Guests are encouraged to grab a beverage, take a seat, and enjoy the reading surrounded by artwork from the exhibition.
