5th Annual Swinging FORE the Arts Tournament Scheduled for September 7th

Mark your calendars and polish those clubs—it’s time to tee off for a great cause! Field Arts & Events Hall is thrilled to invite you to our 5th annual “Swinging FORE the Arts” charity golf tournament, set to take place at the beautiful Cedars at Dungeness in Sequim, WA.

Our annual charity golf tournament is fantastic way to enjoy a day out on the green and a meaningful opportunity to support our “All In” campaign. Every dollar raised from this event will help resolve the remaining construction costs of Field Hall, allowing us to fully dedicate ourselves to mission-based programming, increasing arts access, and maintaining our facility for world-class community events.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted with fun, camaraderie, and a few surprises along the way. We’ve lined up an exciting day for you:

7:30 – 8:30 AM – Check-in: Start your day by checking in at the Cedars at Dungeness Pro Shop. Get your mulligans and raffle tickets and gear up for a day of friendly competition.

9:00 AM – Shotgun Start: The tournament kicks off with a shotgun start. We’re playing in a scramble format, so it’s all about teamwork and strategy!

3:00 PM – Post-Golf Shindig: After you’ve conquered the course, stick around for the post-golf shindig! Enjoy a delicious burger bar, refreshments, and a chance to win some great raffle prizes. Don’t forget to stay for the awards ceremony where we’ll honor the day’s top performers.

This year, we’re bringing back some of your favorite on-course games, including:

Hole-in-One Prize: Will you be the first to sink a hole-in-one and win a special prize? Only the first lucky golfer will take home the coveted award!

Putt for Wine: Head to the putting green and try your luck at winning some fine wine.

Longest Drive & Closest to the Pin Contests: Show off your skills and compete for bragging rights!

Interactive Course Games: We have six holes set up with unique and playful challenges. Donate to opt-out or join in and add some extra fun to your round.

And yes, we’re delighted to announce the return of our favorite mini-ballet instructor! Be on the lookout for some impromptu ballet moves to keep everyone in high spirits.

This tournament is all about having fun and enjoying the game, whether you’re a seasoned golfer or a first-timer. Here’s a quick rundown of the rules:

  • The format is a 4-person scramble—so bring your friends, family, or colleagues and play as a team! Single players will be grouped with a team.
  • Each player receives two mulligans with their entry.
  • Teams must use three drives per player during the round.
  • There’s an automatic two-putt rule to keep the pace lively.

Every player will receive a beer and hot dog ticket, with additional drinks available for purchase both on the course, in the restaurants, and under the big tent during the post-game celebration. After the last team finishes their round, we’ll kick off our burger bar feast, followed by the awards ceremony.

Ready to join us for a fantastic day of golf, fun, and philanthropy? Click here to register yourself or your team for our September 7th event.

We can’t wait to see you out on the course!
