OLYMPIC PENINSULA WEDDING VENDORS: WHAT WE LOVED AT THE 2025 WEDDING EXPO
The 2025 Annual Olympic Peninsula Wedding Expo at Field Arts & Events Hall was a vibrant and inspiring gathering of top-tier talent from the event industry, offering future brides, grooms, and planners a chance to connect with the very best Olympic Peninsula wedding vendors. From floral design to photography, catering to coordination, this annual event highlighted everything that makes the Olympic Peninsula an incredible place to plan a wedding.
Field Hall’s modern, state-of-the-art building proved to be the perfect backdrop for the day. With a 500-seat theater and a flexible banquet room that seats up to 250, the venue showcased its capacity to host weddings of every size. With private dressing rooms, a full catering kitchen, high-end AV capabilities, and elegant, neutral furnishings, Field Hall is quickly becoming one of the most desirable Olympic Peninsula wedding venues!
The event was co-hosted by the Port Angeles Chamber of Commerce, a dedicated nonprofit focused on community and economic development, and in partnership with CME Experience—a seasoned team of planners based in Bremerton. With over a decade of experience in event production, CME brought warmth, organization, and excitement to the day, representing yet another standout wedding vendor on the Olympic Peninsula.
Guests at the expo had the opportunity to meet dozens of Olympic Peninsula wedding vendors in person, including bakers, DJs, calligraphers, venues, rental companies, stylists, and more. Couples left the event feeling inspired, supported, and well on their way to planning the wedding of their dreams!
Attendees enjoyed a hands-on sampling of what their wedding day could look like—complete with delicious tastings, fun giveaways, interactive booths, and engaging activities. Whether it was trying cake samples, snapping photos in a booth, or chatting with florists while admiring beautiful arrangements, the event offered something memorable for everyone and created meaningful community connection throughout the day.
Guests were treated to goodie bags and fun samples, all included with their admission ticket—adding extra value and delight to the day! With smiles all around and high energy from start to finish, the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement and celebration.
